1. Return & Exchange Conditions

  • We accept return and exchange requests within [Return & Exchange Period] days of receiving the product.
  • Returned or exchanged items must be in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and unaltered.
  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be complete and intact.
  • The following situations are not eligible for return or exchange:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the user, unless the item has a quality problem.

2. Return & Exchange Process

  • Please return the item with the original packaging and all accessories to the shipping address.
  • We will process your refund or exchange after receiving the returned item and confirming that it meets the return/exchange conditions.

Refunds will be credited to your payment account within 7 days by original method.

3. Exchange Instructions

  • If you need to replace an item, please let us know the information of the item you need to replace, e.g. item name, color, size.
  • If you need to replace an item, please return the original item and re-purchase a new one, we will give you a refund within 7 days after we receive the returned item.

4. Damaged Items

  • If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact our customer service within 3 days of receiving the item and provide the required information, e.g., order number, picture of the item.
  • We will arrange a return/exchange or reshipment for you.

5. Other Instructions

  • Veelume reserves the right of final interpretation of this return and exchange policy.
